TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE “MAKEUP BUNDLE” PROMOTION
1. Promoter
Fenice s.r.l., with registered office at Piazza Cavour 3, 20121 Milan (MI), Italy, registered with the Business Register under number REA MI - 1999891, VAT No. 08042190960, represented by its legal representative (hereinafter “Fenice”), owner of the website www.chiaraferragnibrand.com (the “Website”).
2. Duration
The promotion is valid for orders placed on the Site from 18:00 p.m. on 15.09.2025 to 17:59 p.m. on 15.09.2027 (Italian time) and, in any case, while supplies last. The time of order receipt recorded by Fenice’s systems shall be deemed valid.
The discount will not be applied retroactively to orders already placed before the start of the promotion.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is reserved for purchases made on the Website by customers who are consumers within the meaning of Article 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005—the Consumer Code (“Customers”).
4. Promotional Products
The promotion applies exclusively to makeup products marked as “available in bundles” (the “Promotional Products”). Fenice may update this list due to stock shortages or discontinuation of products; such updates do not affect orders that have already been completed.
5. Terms and Conditions
A Customer who includes a certain number of Promotional Products in a single order, freely chosen from those listed (the “Bundle”), receives a discount on the price of each product in the Bundle, calculated as follows:
- 2 to 3 products = 20% discount
- 5 to 6 products = 30% discount
- 7 or more products = 40% discount
The discount is automatically applied in the shopping cart once the required number of products is reached and applies to the sales price displayed on the Website at the time the order is placed, including VAT.
Shipping costs and any other ancillary charges are not included in the Bundle and are not discounted.
The same product may be counted multiple times toward the bundle total.
6. Display of the Discount
The discount is distributed proportionally across each product in the bundle and is displayed as such in the shopping cart and order summary.
7. Cumulative Use
Unless otherwise indicated on the Site, the discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, coupons, or price reduction offers active during the same period.
Products already subject to another discount do not count toward the Bundle.
Purchases of Bundle products count toward the “GWP 2026” prize promotion.
8. Availability
The promotion is valid while supplies of the Promotional Products last. The unavailability of one or more products does not entitle the customer to a replacement or a discount on products other than those listed.
9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The right of withdrawal referred to in Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code remains unaffected and may be exercised even for just one of the purchased products.
In the event of a partial withdrawal, the refund will be equal to the amount actually paid for the returned product, corresponding to the price already discounted pursuant to Article 6.
The cancellation of the Bundle shall in no case result in the recalculation of the full price of the products retained by the customer, nor in a request for additional amounts as an adjustment.
The procedures and terms for withdrawal, returns, and refunds are those set forth in the Website’s Terms and Conditions of Sale.
10. Amendments and Termination
Fenice may amend these terms and conditions exclusively in a manner more favorable to customers, or for a justified reason, by providing notice on the Website with reasonable advance notice and without prejudice, in any case, to the rights accrued on orders already completed. Fenice may terminate the promotion early due to stock depletion, providing notice of this on the Website.
11. Personal Data
Personal data is processed by Fenice, the data controller, for the management of orders and the promotion, in accordance with the privacy policy available at www.chiaraferragnibrand.com.
12. Governing Law and Complaints
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or elected domicile has jurisdiction pursuant to Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code. Complaints may be sent tocustomer.service@chiaraferragnibrand.com ; this is without prejudice to the right to resort to ADR bodies listed in the registers referred to in Article 141-decies of the Consumer Code.
