Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to return your products.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

  • You can send an explicit statement of your decision to withdraw to the email address info@chiaraferragnibrand.shop or using the dedicated form in the Contact Us section, requesting the return form from Customer Care and then following the instructions in the return confirmation email to complete the procedure.
  • At the end of the procedure, a confirmation email will be sent containing the return form to be included in the box and instructions on how to return the product.
  • Place the completed return form in the box together with the product(s) to be returned. Products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any manuals attached, and with the labels and tags still attached to the product.
  • Prepare the box by applying the sheet with our warehouse address to the outside.
    Chiara Ferragni Brand is not responsible for returns made using courier services other than those indicated in the return instructions.

Items must be returned to the address indicated on the return label without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days of the date on which the return request was made. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the last day of the 14-day period. To be on the safe side, always keep the shipping receipt.

 
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
In the case of a return due to change of mind, the shipping costs for returning the products are borne by the end customer. The return will be the responsibility of the end customer until the box is delivered to our warehouse.
The right of return for change of mind is excluded in the cases described in Article 59 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and in particular in the case of the supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or reasons related to health protection and have been opened after delivery.

 
INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
In the event of a return due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we will cover the shipping costs. In addition to the value of the products purchased, we will also refund the shipping costs incurred for the delivery of the order, if the returned product was the only one in the order, and we will not charge any shipping costs for the return.

REFUND:
The return will be processed within 14 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. Timings may vary due to transport delays in the event of holidays or force majeure, but we want to reassure you that we will always strive to limit these changes as much as possible. We reserve the right to refund the item only after carrying out the appropriate quality checks or, in the event that the product has been returned due to a defect, to verify the actual non-conformity declared by the end customer. We will charge you for any decrease in the value of the goods, refunding you only the residual value of the product in such cases. The refund will be issued approximately 14 days after the item has been checked. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY:
In the event of defects and/or non-conformities, you are entitled to have the product restored to conformity, either by repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective, or incorrect product, you can request repair, replacement, or a refund for the item. Pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 771/2019/EC and the Consumer Code, the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers conformity defects in the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of delivery, it being understood that your action to enforce the aforementioned conformity defects shall in any case be time-barred within twenty-six months of the date of delivery.

To request a refund, follow the instructions in the previous paragraph - “Return Request” - specifying “Damaged, non-compliant or incorrect item” as the reason for the return and attaching one or more images of the item in question, in which the defect is clearly visible.
Once the procedure is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form and all the instructions for shipping.

Authorization to return the product does not in any way constitute recognition of non-conformity, the existence of which must be verified by us after the return.

We reserve the right to refund the defective item only after carrying out the appropriate quality checks to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product.

If the non-conformity of the product is verified, we will refund you using the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer.
