RULES FOR THE “GWP 2026–2027” CAMPAIGN
1. Promoter
Fenice s.r.l., with registered office at Piazza Cavour 3, 20121 Milan (MI), Italy, registered with the Business Register under number REA MI - 1999891, VAT No. 08042190960, represented by its legal representative (hereinafter “Fenice” or the “Promoter”), owner of the website www.chiaraferragnibrand.com (the “Website”).
The official version of these Rules, in the form of a declaration in lieu of a notarial deed with the authenticated signature of Fenice’s legal representative, is kept in its original form at the Promoter’s headquarters; the Rules are also available for consultation at https://www.chiaraferragnibrand.com
2. Nature and Duration
Prize promotion with an immediate prize.
The prize promotion is valid for orders placed on the Website from 12:01 a.m. on October 3, 2026, to 11:59 p.m. on October 3, 2027 (Italian time), while supplies last. The time of order receipt recorded by Fenice’s systems shall be deemed valid.
3. Eligibility
Consumer customers, as defined in Article 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), who make a purchase on the Website under the conditions set forth below (“Customers”) are eligible to participate.
Participation in this prize promotion implies the Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms & Conditions set forth in these Rules.
4. Mechanics
Customers who, in a single order, reach a total amount of at least €70.00 are entitled to receive a free accessory of their choice from among the five options listed on the Website (the “Prize”).
The amount of €70.00 is calculated: (i) based solely on the value of the products included in the order, including VAT; (ii) net of any discounts, promotions, discount coupons, promotional codes, and vouchers of any kind applied to the order; (iii) gross of, i.e., excluding, shipping costs and any other charges that do not contribute to reaching the threshold.
The Customer selects the Prize before completing the order, in the designated section of the shopping cart/checkout. Only one free prize is available per order, regardless of the order’s total amount.
For matters not expressly provided for in these Terms and Conditions, Presidential Decree 430/2001 applies.
5. Availability
The promotion is valid while supplies of each prize last.
Prizes that are no longer available will not be selectable during the ordering process; if all five options are exhausted, the promotion will be deemed to have ended early, and this will be indicated on the Website.
If, after the order is placed, the selected Prize is found to be unavailable, Fenice will promptly notify the Customer and offer a Prize of equivalent or greater value and characteristics; the Customer may accept the substitution or cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
The images shown in the advertisement for this promotion are intended solely to present the products and prizes.
6. Nature of the Gift
The prize is provided along with the purchased products at no additional cost to the customer. It is not redeemable for cash, gift cards, or discounts.
The retail value of the Prize is indicated on the promotion details page published on the Website.
7. Cancellation and Returns
The right of withdrawal referred to in Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code remains unaffected.
The Prize is offered in connection with the purchase and is subject to the same conditions: if the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal on the entire order, or on a portion of it such that the remaining amount falls below €70.00 as calculated in accordance with Article 4, the Customer must also return the Prize received, in accordance with the terms and procedures established for returned products.
Failure to return the Prize, or return of a Prize damaged due to causes attributable to the Customer, entitles Fenice to payment of the corresponding retail value indicated on the Website, which may be offset against the amount due as a refund.
8. Exclusions
The reward promotion does not apply to orders that have been canceled, not completed due to a failed payment, or refused upon delivery.
Unless otherwise indicated on the Website, the discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, coupons, or price reduction offers active during the same period. Consequently, this promotion may be temporarily suspended during sales periods, Black Friday, and other discount events.
9. Changes
Fenice may amend these terms and conditions solely in a manner more favorable to Customers, or for a justified reason, by providing notice on the Website with reasonable advance notice and, in any case, without affecting the rights already accrued by Customers on completed orders.
11. Personal Data
Personal data is processed by Fenice, as the data controller, for the management of the order and the Reward, in accordance with the privacy policy available on the Website.
12. Governing Law and Complaints
These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law.
For disputes with consumers, the court with jurisdiction is that of the consumer’s place of residence or elected domicile, pursuant to Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code.
