The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for in article
59 of the Italian Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and,
in particular, in the case of supply of sealed goods that are not
suitable for return for hygienic or health-related reasons and have been
opened after delivery. The return for withdrawal of products that meet
these requirements, with particular reference to cosmetics products, is
authorized as long as the products are returned perfectly intact, i.e.
unused and not unopened.
